Owner is only thinking about exploitation of employee and if you are a fresher, they will do the bond 2 lakh for 2 years even your salary is only 10k. If you have another opportunity, go for it. These people are not what they looks like. Terrible company ever. In event of lockdown, they gave us work from home. Sunday was also working. And when we rejoind they cut our leaves despite of working. Worst of all, in panademic condition, even if work from home is possible for them for design part, they make mandatory for everyone to come office and risked our life without any concerns.
