They started giving Saturday off but increased working hours to 9:30 hrs from 9 hrs .Strict timings, they will cut salary if you are 1 minute late .

Dislikes

No vision , goals keep on changing , founders lack empathy .No work culture.No job security for sure .They don't care about Customers , Vendors and employees. Vendor payments are never on time same with employees appraisal. All internal and external customers are totally dissatisfied.
