The tech team was good, quality of work was good.

Dislikes

Bad founders, poor HR policies, you would be asked to complete 9 hrs a day and would be expected to work after that and even on weekends. The manager used to torture a lot. He humiliated on each and every thing one didn't knew technically(no body knows everything, some are new to every tech). No job security, they can fire you whenever the founders wish so in the name of cost cutting. No senior team members. Poor company infrastructure...Read More

There is no growth at Industrybuying. Some senior-level employees have a rude behavior towards their team members and act as if others are insignificant. Appraisal reviews are hidden by HR or management, and employees only find out their appraisal when they receive their salary. Think before 10 times to apply.
