There is nothing good at this place, hiring and firing culture, delegation of responsibility os not there, people dont know what to do when to do, and people pass on their jobs to others like its a joke.

Everything is to dislike, company culture is a joke, they dont know what they are doing, for an online platform thats called industry buying, generating all revenue from offline enterprise sales is a joke, and then they sell even tampons to hospitals in the name of industrial tools 😆

Company team structure, for one product listing to live a products takes a week because of process. You will se a ticket the. Pricing will do work on it then catalogue will work then QC will work the. Again catalogue will work and then QC approv then catalogue make variant and then again QC will check and in between you will have tofollow up with va category team for details and target is 115 Product nobody is achieving more then 40 and everyday team lead have some chuuul and shout at everyone.
