They do not credit your salary on time, infact, sometimes for months you won't get your salary. Now it's been 5 months I left that company, they still haven't cleared my last 3 months salary. Things started out well here. Good learning curve and opportunities with controlled working hours.

The company has been facing tremendous issues for some time now, and there doesn't seem a way out. Inexperienced people are given the baton to lead a raw team- a team created to explore content creation and market presence is lost in the twirl. Salaries aren't coming on time for more than 6 months, and a supposed late-fee surcharge promised by the management has gone down the drain<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Further, within the firm, management expects people to continue working without pay, and let me remind you- giving salary is considered as a privilege and not a need</mark>. 1) You can get good learning opportunities. You should consider working in the company if you get an opportunity to work with Akshay reddy from the tech team. 2) The salary is at par with other market reseach firms.

1) The manager in life science/heathcare vertical likes to micro manager a lot, is moody and rude on most of the days. This leaves you with an impression that company has no culture. 2)Hr is almost non existential.

It was decent. I would say they need to appreciate they employees. The CEO has good vision but needs to work with middle management level and inculcate the sense of team culture and positive feedback.

Very less micro-management, good opportunity to interact with multinational clients provided you are decent at communications, salary always on time with decent bonus. Working culture is pretty okayish.

Job secutiry: although attrition level is not very hight there is a constant fear of you getting expelled. Salary: A little below the industry standard, they are not the pay Masters. No insurance or PF, no formal training
