Work life balance is rated poor. You even have to work on Sundays if the day is close to month end. Leave approvals are always a hectic task. No work from home.

No increment in salary and position on timely matters. Annual appraisals comes on Nov-Dec with bonus and arrear given as SPECIAL INCREMENT... Which means you have to forfeit it as soon as you resign. WHICH MENAS IF YOU RESIGN YOU RUIN YOU CURRENT YEARS APPRAISALS .
