I told my Manager, i want to grow & move in some other verticals of SCM or HR/Admin etc. but he told me, you are not able to do it. To think about your growth is not Sin, but this was Sin in Indus Towers

Dislikes

Company was spending lots of money in so many activities, which is no direct link to your productivity & at time of Appraisal, you didn't get what you want.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
