The lack of transparency is clearly visible. There is very less support from Sr. Management or you can say they are indecisive impacting day to day work.

Dislikes

Company needs a revamping , company needs people at top who knows the nitty gritty of the business. Discrimination between erstwhile bharti employee should be stopped immediately. Should provide growth opportunities to guys from erstwhile bharti also.

Work Details

I loved my profile although my payscale and position was not revised as per new responsibilities which grew multi folds. I did my best during my stint but the a lot of things let me down and forced me to move out
