Salary and other compensations all are with in time ...

No increment based on performance in purchase department.no support from site and no department head to support purchase team to resolve if any issue came..higher authority simply raise the issues, your self resolve the issues .no higher authority help you towards resolving the issue.. site project head and HO project heads are not cooperative to their purchase executives.. simply this job is postman and data entry work..you have to release orders as per site recommendation....Read More
