Roles and Responsibilities

QS & Planning:

• Analyze BOQ and GFC (Good for Construction) drawing approved by client.
• Project planning, resource planning, preparation of project monitoring manuals, bar charts, pert charts progress reports.
• Preparing & Evaluation of budget planning & management.
• Estimating the quantities from approved drawings including cost analysis
• with respect to standard data (Rate Analysis).
• Work closely with project head & finance department to ensure forecast & risk management.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly work reports.
• Maintain the comparison statement with BOQ to On-site measurements.
• Maintaining & preparing correspondence documentation (For Clients, Office&
• Vendors).
• Assist in commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team.
• Maintaining Quality Reports for the client and as well as our reference.

Billing:

• Preparing & Issuing of Work Orders and Price Escalation.
• Preparation of JMRs (Joint Measurement Report) to had transparent approval from
  client/Sub-contractor.
• Evaluation of work done at Site with reference to RA Bills submitted by Vendor, PRW & NMR.
• Preparing & Submission for respective approvals of RA Bill to client & vendors.

Desired Candidate Profile

Must have 5 to 7 yrs of experience in the construction industry.

Should have experience working on MSP (MS Projects)

Should have B.tech/B.E/Diploma in civil qualification
