No work life balance, no benefits, overtime every single day, worse managers who have little to no empathy towards associates, the leadership team is sad almost like a family business, promotions are triggered by biasness and favor from the COO lady and nothing else.

Culture is very very poor. The place is filled with fakers and superficial immature kids/people with no real character and this they call The Indus Culture Managers don't care about your growth and see you only as resource, not even as asset Top level management is a joke, they are highly inc apable of running this or any company</mark> Very mundane and grunt work is dumped to Indus by their clients which they showcase as if its ground breaking work They sell so wrong to Top B Schools The nature of your work is highly dependent on the project you get and there are very few projects where work is good There is no yearly Hike, no benefits, no leave policy Top leadership literally begs new comers to rate the company highly in glassdoor Lot of favouritism from top level management. They don't have any character traits that you can learn from IIT intake has reduced drastically. The company should be blacklisted to be honest to save the candidates their careers...Read More
