Everything. MD and his father are helpless and not able to take strong decisions. Factory manager is an ITI grade person who does not even know technical terms properly and is leading the downfall of the company. No one is happy working with him. He is the main source of problems in the company and does not takes any responsibility. Plays cheap tricks and politics and becomes hurdle in way of any development activity. Making sure company does not grow as same will lead to his comfort zone being disturbed. New team members who have come are trying very hard but are stupid and getting caught in factory managers politics. They have put a lot of effort unnecessarily. The factory manager will not let them stay just like he did to previous team members. HR is a joke of the century. Does not know anything other than sitting in office and wasting time. Not able to provide even salary slips. Waste of money. IT guy is a great person for making cheap comments on girls and ensuring nothing IT related works properly in this company. He is trying to become the MD of the company. Finance dept is the theif of the company. The whole company sits salaryless but they are getting their salary on time and are so shameless they are not accepting it as well. Salary is the greatest issue. MD and his father expects people to work hard without salary. Simple advice to MD and his father - Get rid of your ego, spend some money on employee salary system management and get rid of that factory manager if you really want to grow. You won't be able to grow and earn more until you have people who are worthy. Bring new HR who can really run the company properly and does not just come to office for timepass.
