No proper management,policy is simple, hire and fire. No interaction with colleagues, if you do so, then on spot termination. They don't pay their employees even if you have worked for 2 months. It's totally waste of time

Learned to travel 4-5 places in one day in public transport

Work culture and certain policies which are actually stopping IndoAsian’s growth. Salary cut offs incentives cut offs of deserving employees, no interaction with colleagues outside office premise which can lead to on spot termination, no co-operation on exit. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
