I have been working with this company almost for 4 yrs till this time I am getting growth and seeing my sucsessful career as per my performance. I'll suggest who is struggling for career growth and permotion only they can join this company and definitely get it. Who is performer they will get growth. Otherwise non performers always give excuses and blame.

Please do not choose this company if you are looking for good career growth. Senior management is worst i have ever seen. There are just 4-5 employees working in the organisation. Absense of hierarchy. Employees personal lives excites them more. No work life balance also worst policy process. Due to financial constraints salaries are paid very late. 0% sales oriented organisation. Hardly 1-2 bookings in six months. Additionally staff are pushed to write the positive reviews which are not at all truthful. Please don’t trust this organisation. Nothing, they are scammers They will torture u to schedule meeting and will keep u till late make u stand for hours on Saturday as some shit culture practice and the don't treat u like humans, they don't let employees exchange numbers as employees can't talk to each other the MD watches the employee via cameras.

Everything, All the good reviews are from the company ppl only and not the management. Be aware. They held my 46k amount and said will clear in fnf but after many followups too, I never recieved my salary.

Flexible working hours. Professional work environment. Team activities and events that excite us most. I found growth opportunities in this organisation. Location is also comfortable to work with. Seniors are very supportive to motivate their team members. Training is 10/10. No salary issues. No week off issue. Best company to work with in terms of Growth and Success
