Please do not choose this company if you are looking for good career growth. Senior management is worst i have ever seen. There are just 4-5 employees working in the organisation. Absense of hierarchy. Employees personal lives excites them more. No work life balance also worst policy process. Due to financial constraints salaries are paid very late. 0% sales oriented organisation. Hardly 1-2 bookings in six months. Additionally staff are pushed to write the positive reviews which are not at all truthful. Please don’t trust this organisation. No proper management,policy is simple, hire and fire. No interaction with colleagues, if you do so, then on spot termination. They don't pay their employees even if you have worked for 2 months. It's totally waste of time

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Working hours are 14-15 because of that No personal life. Sometimes have to go on calls at late in the evening. There is no proper management. Internal politics which make working environment pathetic. In Indo Asian they don’t value sales people. They treat them like servant.
