I was brought in as a turn around person in commercial department , heading the same. Although Out of box thinking was missing but collaborative culture made possible to deliver thru team in the Procurement , imports, exports, Stores and Warehouse teams. Great place to learn for youngsters

Dislikes

Local interference make the system sabotaged. Unsatisfied technical professionals due to almost zero growth. The take over of the company by IVL should improve the culture , although about after1.5 years also things have not changed. Marketing team is very weak.

Not a good place for working. There is no Job security at all and treatment of seniors terrible. No learning. No Life. No Travel. No trustworthy at all. So people changed frequently. Present Site Head is 20th no and CFO 22nd no. Commercial Head is 19th no in 19 yrars operation.. Now one can understand the situation there.
