Domain gets bigger, as being a small OEM, you get to look after numerous range of products & processes, P2P has to be followed by engineer. Helpful if you've the ability to self learn.

No systematic way of working, your boss expects you to face higher management directly in tricky situations. Work-life balance should not be expected there. Moreover, yearly increment is considered after a period of 1 year & 8 months, that too if you are more than just lucky, and yes forget about the word arrears. 3 Months notice isthere but they can terminate you anytime without any prior notice or salary. In simple words no ESI and CSI. Even for employees satisfaction they does not given clearance to their to same even he/her for job many years.

In simple words they are not running company,they running only Lala company,they does not give clearance to their employee even doing job for many years and finally I have to say that they are only for company profit.Product is so cheap.for any financial loss they deducted their employee amount, even vendors also not so happy for their payment.
