Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. In simple words no ESI and CSI. Even for employees satisfaction they does not given clearance to their to same even he/her for job many years.

In simple words they are not running company,they running only Lala company,they does not give clearance to their employee even doing job for many years and finally I have to say that they are only for company profit.Product is so cheap.for any financial loss they deducted their employee amount, even vendors also not so happy for their payment.
