It's a growing company, there is good segments of tractors as 22 HP to 120HP ,their ambition is small so employees are feeling relax,they started Owen captain finance "Barota finance ltd." From 26april 2017,they gives opportunities to work with his company,who has not technical qualifications but have experience.
Dislikes
Indofarm equipmen ltd.has a big and major problem is finance, there is not available others NBFC to finance their product (tractor), and NPA has not more confidence to finance , their services as sparse and parts are not available in market,for employees, t.a.d.a.don't give in timely.
