Too many bosses, GM/Segment Head, President, Cheif Revenue officer and nobody takes responsibility if anything goes wrong. They straightway denies saying "maine to nahi bola tha, isne bina puchhe order laya, toh ab kya kar sakte hai" and then you are culprit in the eyes of management, however if anything is good they takes credit saying "sir maine pichhe lag ke karake liya" to much influence of management in day to day jobs. I worked here for more than 9 months and after resigning my manager told me to arrange one person for my position and handover all charge. And then we will consider your 3 months notice period will be lessened to one month and i agreed on that after all work company did not give my two months salary which is around 80 thousand.
