Everything is bad experience, salary, hime, promotion Even 0 experience people also can join here as team leads if they are friends or having relationship with management people, so if you need to work here you have some bucket mind and need to maintain good sense of humer when you are with management people. So It was my mistake not maintained good rapo with management team and I always hard working person in the office, so no recognition no hikes nothing. Worst company to work for. Upper management doesn’t understand the technology well. Appreciation goes to managers only. No recognition for developers who are actually working. If you are on project u are safe, they don’t retain anyone on bench.
