Job Security: I joined during the pandemic. The company was doing great & is still growing every quarter. Because there is no slack period the company had a policy to not remove anybody but layoffs based on performance or lack of being a team player. Work Culture: Depends on the team & the work but most people shut down their work at 6 pm. A lot of people still work late at night. Management: Management is friendly & helpful. Learning opportunities are more for technical people than for the non-technical team. Cross-culture work & growing inside the company working for a different team is still not very easy but accepted in a few cases.
