The company is not at all employee centric. The shift timings are terrible example 0300 hrs till 1300 hrs . There is not proper salary structure, no one explains you why your salary came less! The management and upper management over here is very poor!

1) Upper level management is good but management below them are terrible, upper level management gives us expectations and lower level breaks them. 2) Diversity and culture is good 3) No bias between co workers.

They hire experienced staff but in promotion they not given more important to them. They are less concerned with employees previous experience. Management not too favourable to this type of employees.
