Less working hours 8.5hr/day, 6days a week. Staff travel facility but you only get seats if any vacant seat is available this may hamper your travel plans and cause a last minute kiosk when you get to offload from flight. No confirm seats are allocated to staff till last minute

1. Salary growth doesn't even matches inflation rate which creates extra burden on you every year. Like if I take my example I am a constant over achiever in organisation but my aggregate growth is 4% for 5 years and inflation rate in India is 7% aggregate so in the term of 5 years if I was earning 100Rs a day then on today it values for me after adding my appraisal growth 85Rs a day. 2<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. You have to report to office in odd timings like 2am or 3 in morning your shift timings may end at 0100am. So you have to be ready for this

It connecting us with different people from different state. CSR, work environment and culture is good.

What i dislike about working with ndigo is not the company its about the station where higher management discriminate between staff and staff's work. Its very terrible to see that station are growing because of the staff who work and give there 100% hassel free service but their good work didn't count during appraisal</mark>. Appraisal are based on how much a staff is involoved in manager's work...to get the appraisal some staff are doing their manager's KRA and managers also not appointing thier particular KRA. Some staff are doing farzi also in the name of KRA. It has to be stopped. And higher management should focus on these things if not then company will gradually lose what it stand for. work culture is good, people are good but bosses are rude, training teams are excellent. Salary credits on time, every time.

Dislikes

Bosses are rude. Appraisals are not fair. Job security isn't there. Salary is less for everyone, growth is so slow.
