I already left indigo I love my job but the management is not good. Exclude me but the management shouldn't have kicked out the employees who are married because some of their wives were already expecting a child in this pandemic and they were left with no option. The star rating system I gave is to the management not the company. Indigo gave me bread and butter.

I am working Since 02 years in IndiGo Airlines, the company is good in terms of Job security and Benifits. You get staff travel benefit.

Dislikes

Management in Kolkata is poor dont knkw about other stations. Lot of politics involved. No growth opportunities. No work life balance since you will be working in rotation shifts. 10 long hrs of physical work. Work pressure is high. Overtime required sometimes. Weather is a big challenge to work in Ramp. Salary is not that good. Salary hike is nil compared to inflation.
