1) Upper level management is good but management below them are terrible, upper level management gives us expectations and lower level breaks them. 2) Diversity and culture is good 3) No bias between co workers.

Dislikes

Low pay. Low career growth. Unqualified managers. The worst thing is the WORK PRESSURE. Unhappy employees leave the job as a result helpless staff gets punished with workload, with very low compensation. Work life balance is extremely hampered as very few leaves are approved. At some point this company makes most of it's employees depressed. No employee below management level are happy.

Work Details

Not good as there is too much work pressure and extremely low competition. Department Management are not competent. Increment is the biggest joke for a company as big as INDIGO.

A good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the management are also transparent. There is a huge amount of carrer growth and personal developments.

Dislikes

There is lots of policies and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is low but carrer growth is slow . There is lots needs o increments in employees salary as per standard economic requirements.

The job is quit interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt everything on the job.

I already left indigo I love my job but the management is not good. Exclude me but the management shouldn't have kicked out the employees who are married because some of their wives were already expecting a child in this pandemic and they were left with no option. The star rating system I gave is to the management not the company. Indigo gave me bread and butter.

Work is equally divided among different departments. Get lot of option for staff travel as the fleet size is huge. Compensation is good compared to other airlines in market.

Due to huge fleet size work pressure is high. Less Leave approval chances. Low basic pay.
