I wish there was something I liked when I left but sadly there’s nothing left to like in the company.

Employees treated very unfairly. Not compensating employees for the work they are made to do inspite of being profitable post pandemic, precisely why I left the organisation. The management in Bangalore is horrible. They have the most incompetent person called as the Base Manager. Cabin Crew issues are never heard out in the company. Crew are treated very low as compared to Captains. IndIgo was a brilliant company in the hands of Mr. Aditya Ghosh after he called it quits everything has gone down the road including work culture and respect. Cabin crew are being exploited by making them overwork, overfly, we have to change aircraft’s in a day sometimes also change terminals. None of these things matter to the company. All the company wants is on time performance, it doesn’t matter if the crew is on death bed they’ll go to any extent to achieve their profits and OTP!...Read More

The company provides amazing training facilities with great instructors who make the sessions fun and enjoyable. Company has an inclusive culture with broad horizon. Policies before COVID were accomodating and flexible.

Dislikes

Policies are provisional and always changing as a result of which the work atmosphere became strenuous. Sometimes work load is brimmed with prolong hours and limited rest period. Lately company has become very domineering in terms of its policies and rules (which were previously guidelines) and they are given more priority over employee satisfaction. Career growth opportunities are limited.

Initially work life balance was good. But since the last few years, the company went through a lot of changes and transformation. Thus life became difficult which sometimes compromised employees health both physically and mentally.
