Not at all satisfied with indigo every month they are getting planes but salary hike is only 5-6%, they have to satisfy only pilots and there upper management

Dislikes

Unhealthy work style, shift start at morning 1 am, 2 am and 4 am in metro station Salary hike is for all departments but not for ground

Timings, due to shortage of manpower, we had to do immense work and of course the promotion.
