There is no increaments , staff are not given opportunity, no safety for girls, though ladies are coming from very far, they are given late afternoon shift and it's totally not safe in an empty road at night.

Compensation needs improvement because the amount of effort we put in , we don't get the result back and also rotational shifts destroy work life balance . Even though we work only for 8.5 to 10 hours the physical and mental pressure is too high. Here, the managers create their own SOPs and never consider any unique strength about an individual. Appreciation from customers matters mostly but internally there are a few who see the good in someone....Read More
