Compensation needs improvement because the amount of effort we put in , we don't get the result back and also rotational shifts destroy work life balance . Even though we work only for 8.5 to 10 hours the physical and mental pressure is too high. Here, the managers create their own SOPs and never consider any unique strength about an individual.
