1) Not employee oriented, 2) not empathetic (can’t keep themselves in other shoes) , 3) Any time chunked out people , 4) quality of food for crew/ captains is literally bad . 5) Sleeping & eating every thing is disturbed ,6) no one cares if you”ll get time to eat on board but the entire focus is on passenger’s appetite, 7) loo’s are just next to crew jumpseat could so difficult to sit n eat in front of lavatories n passangers. 8) for <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">LWP’s they have leverage for pay cuts & also to block cabin crew staff travel leisure for 6months along with warning letters. 9) so </mark>, nothing much but 1 should takes care of their employees health & should not over burdened them . 10) just wages doesn’t matter , all it matters concern at the end...Read More

The pay was good before 2020. Travelling around the world for free of cost, and luxurious stay in 5 star hotels is really an amazing experience. You get free tickets ( gst+taxes are included) for your blood relatives(5 members). You get great benefits by the company.

No work life balance No fixed leaves( for festival’s/ occasions), you need to apply leave 3-6 months prior that too not fixed. Too much stress due to uneven timings of work. Mental and physical frustration due to no proper sleep schedule. The work will go to 15 hours in a day. And you get rest for 12 hours sometimes due to hectic patterns. (Not always) Delays are the worst Need to mentally prepare yourself before joining any aviation industry. Not glamorous as the posts you see on social media P<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">ay was good before 2020 but after covid hit, it never came back to normal salary. </mark>But now people are ready to work for lesser amount of salary and the quality of work is reduced.. Overall good but if you want to enjoy the actual Cabin Crew Life ‘ better join any international Aviation company’ don’t join a low cost carrier. You don’t get to enjoy the actual feeling of being a cabin crew because you will have to do a lot of manual work, always running behind time and no quality of service....Read More
