1) Not employee oriented, 2) not empathetic (can’t keep themselves in other shoes) , 3) Any time chunked out people , 4) quality of food for crew/ captains is literally bad . 5) Sleeping & eating every thing is disturbed ,6) no one cares if you”ll get time to eat on board but the entire focus is on passenger’s appetite, 7) loo’s are just next to crew jumpseat could so difficult to sit n eat in front of lavatories n passangers. 8) for LWP’s they have leverage for pay cuts & also to block cabin crew staff travel leisure for 6months along with warning letters. 9) so , nothing much but 1 should takes care of their employees health & should not over burdened them . 10) just wages doesn’t matter , all it matters concern at the end...Read More

The only things I liked about the company was bonus, medical and layover allowances. Overall, the flying experience was fair pre-covid time. I'm not really sure about post-covid time, as I left. I hear that the flying has become extremely hectic from ex colleagues. Anyways, it will always be my first company and no matter how hard the work was, I have a special place for it in my heart. I hope, they make it better in the coming years especially to cabin crew members. Have mercy on them, please!...Read More

Work-life balance was poor and the attitude towards us (crew members) was not that great. One day, a person from OCC literally said to me that I would be "utilized" in whichever way they want us to, when I asked why was I pulled out at last minute. Need dire improvement in management, especially flight scheduling. It's horrible!

They have been good at evert aspect. Company follows strictly the rules and discipline, and all are supposed to abide by them. They follow up on their employees, do take care of them. One on one session is held, particularly also, people are asked about their good or bad experience. Indigo is one of the good company to work with. Even after lockdown, we got paid.
