They teach us to avoid the seniority and juniority factors while working but the opposite happens most of the time. Especially the old crew are quite disregardful to the new crew. The quality of the crew is also deteriorating new because of them the people have started to have a generalized opinion of us all. The company hires such people so easily this just indicates that we all are very easily replaceable....Read More
