Indigo is the best airline company I have ever worked with. It has 100%job security and also safe for girls to travel any time for the flight. The office and employees are very friendly and helpful to each and everyone. In this pendamic company is facing a big problem but then too they are taking care of everyone in this organisation. Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
