Indigo is the best for a fresher to start up.being an experience Crew it was difficult for me to adjust wirh new work environment and specially switching from full service to low cost was biggest challenge.Each and every mentor right from the training to the lead pursur of my flight have always treated me with utmost respect and taught me new things in their guidance.The management is very very cooperative speacilly in times when I needed an emergency leave for s sudden family incident.Every individual transform himself to a better being after joining this company because they follow work ethics along with humanity and grace.....Read More

The only thing I couldn’t adapt with was the base change and scares flight bidding results.

In the beginning the work was very difficult For me .Becauss it was a sudden change from full service to low cost.short sectors,ssrs,special serves were quite confusing .But eventually it was all about the time .I started growing wirh time.
