Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. Tbh, nothing that I liked. Ya, I agree pressure is normal in real estate but not this way. The way they work is wrong.

Dislikes

Don't expect FnF after you leave. It's been 5 months since I left, I didn't get the salary for the days I worked for in that month and also didn't receive FnF yet. Ask anybody in the company who left, none of them got salary or final settlement. They won't reply to the mails too.
