Honestly, the company is good. they are having many facilities for employees and their families. during covid, they helped many people.

No work culture, no job security & no growth. You might get excited after you see the building premises of the company but once you entered everything will change. THE MANAGER FROM ACCOUNTS will target you and harass you. your own confidence will vanish company might treat you like an asset but she will treat you like a slave. shedoesn't know how to talk to people. so please do proper research before you join. I will suggest dont this. The timing is very strict here. if you are late by 5 min they will deduct your half day but you have no right to leave on time. COMPULSORY LATE SITTING. Co is good co surrounding also good. All over co no problem

As per your ability and jd u didn't get work .Account dept head is working from Last 50'years so she have no knowledge of how interact with employees. And accounting knowledge is zero. But her behaviour with us like we are uneducated . Too much difficult to work with her.
