As a Planning Manger work pressure is very high ,sometimes calls are getting at late evening/late night .At every level I need to push & pull the things to get it done in time.

As a Planing Manager ,my work is very challenging as I have to look after entire end to end cycle of every order and to make the customer happy by delivering the material on time .

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
