The Top management approach is very good and caring, there is friction or argument but for a person with will to improve company and such argument are taken in professional manner and also encouraged. The major requirement in a candidate is will to work with company as you own it

Nothing like in this organization.... AGM admin and HR is working for scrap merchant only.... he takes commission from each and every vendor...

Non professional management..... They never listen to any staff.. only listen of AGM HR and Admin. Who is very silly person.
