Our senior management is not supporting us at all in this emergency of corona epidemic , Senior management pressures us to do a lot more work than before , Even they are now forcing us to sell products of other company which are not subject to our product sales. RMS is forcing us to sell Health Insurance, One Assist, and General Insurance of Bajaj Allianz , The problem is that neither we have ever been given training on products like insurance and service plans, nor have we been explained about it yet. ाFor the past 2 months, RMS employees are forced to buy plans like insurance and one assist with their own money in case of failure to sell. We are all shocked by the ill-treatment of senior management If seniors had such an arbitrary attitude about seeing their cell improvement, then I think many IRS employees will not be able to serve too long....Read More
