Working in irctc as a hospitality supervisor is very good job profile and you will get good salary also .co-workers and maagement is very good but job security is not there you will be hired there as contract basis only if you done your contract you must leave the company.

There is no career growth for future..you hired as a contract basis that is only for 2 years ofter that you must leave the company

Got terminated after the contract period. How much if you do hard work, you will not succeed in IRCTC. I am that much given my time, work, sincerety and honest to my work and management. But this organisation asked to leave us at this covid 19 situation. Worst humanity is only with IRCTC. IRCTC taken our future into death. Now I am looking for new job, but still IRCTC didn't provide experience certificate or relieving certificate. Not even considered us like humans. Worst Indian company. Worst Management and the dirty politics are happening. All head of the zones are corrupted. Till now they are showing fake documents to govt. Never ever care about employees expecilly contract staffs. Treating us like a waste
