In IPAC, there is no work-life balance. They extract everything from an employee and ultimately without any performance review, they throw the employee out of the company. There is no job security in this company. Within a day, they fire huge numbers of employees without any prior review.

Work life balance is excellent. Appraisal and variable payout do not happen on time. Job security is dependent on your position and campaign the hiring has happened for and your overall performance too.

Horrible work culture. No timings and you have to work even on Sundays and public holidays. And also should be available over a call when you are on leave. Variable pay is worst. They don't pay single penny even if you meet standards. No appraisals and timely payment. They simple terminate the employees with out proper reason .

Quite frankly the rot starts all the way at the top, with some absolutely awful personalities with serious s*xual offences and pending POSH cases who possess the strongest superiority complexes known to mankind. This is not a woman and intellect-friendly organisation. RUN!

A unique experience of working in the political domain.

Join I-PAC when u have no option left for other jobs, no work timing, you will be asked to work in nights, Sundays, and even on holidays. And never get in hope to get variable part and appraisal, this year i am still waiting in the hope to at least initiate the process.
