Upper Management is horrible. They sue their employees whenever they want without giving relevant reasons. They will drain you to the point where you will see your health deteriorating. If you have gotten their offer letter and looking on the web for their feedback, take this one for real. Donot join.

You can learn a lot, your interpersonal skills will get better, you will learn about politics . And trust me nobody is going to help you here. You yourself have to be ready to tackle and learn. You need to be strong enough to bear the non senses.

The worst thing about I-PAC is its work culture which much more toxic then a venom in cobra. It is run by a group of hobos, different lobbying groups, bootlickers and yes men. The director itself doesn't know whom to trust and who is eligible to run the company. The most deserving people are getting neglected.
