A very good place to work. People are friendly , Helpful and supportive. In no single case I felt dissatisfied.

Dislikes

I enjoyed working with the bank in various capacities. Any sincere worker is held at esteemed level by the bank. Regarding pressure of work all organisatiuon wants their people to put in best efforts and that is the case with Indian overseas Bank as well. Presently the Bank is struggling to come up to the expected levels of recovery of NPA and it may be adding to little extra pressure on work.
