At times it is difficult to meet Family needs, be present with them when required.

Work Details

My work was to control a team, regulate them as per requirement of the command, completing given projects, evolutions in time. At the same time look after the safety aspects, avoid accidents in work Navy teach to work under stress, give quality out put.

Dislikes

The severance package for Short Service Commissioned Officers isn't as per the recommendations of various committees. Short Service Officers are left to fend for themselves after completion of their tenure. Subsequent transition to corporate is hard and mentally taxing.

Autocracy of commissioned officer- commissioned officers are using their position wrongly. They don't think about others they are selfish and humiliating sailors. This is applicable for some of the officers. Needs to be improved
