Tremendous paper work. Lacking advanced technologies. Not ready to adapt to technologies fearing security issues.

I'm an air electrical officer. I maintain advanced light helicopters. Joined navy as an electrical officer, served on ships, changed branch to aviation, got mtech,aeronatics, kochin University (cusat), managed helicopters, at present mtech CSE IITK.

Another offer from alliancebernstein pune as operation Lead for IAM operation with 25 LPA My hometown is Shivpuri (M.P.) Please advise what to choose. The severance package for Short Service Commissioned Officers isn't as per the recommendations of various committees. Short Service Officers are left to fend for themselves after completion of their tenure. Subsequent transition to corporate is hard and mentally taxing.
