Indian machine tools is just like an startup and registered as proprietor ship and job security is very poor so it was difficult to do there but have lots of learning from zero and have good experience of manufacturing process and execute the process. Have need some improvements like work place infrastructure, need R & D lab and expertise, some other things have to need.

Job security is main issue because of there were no any provision of PF and other things. Even they are not providing any kind of offer letter or appointment letter. There are no any ID card or other basic documents provided by company.

Work Details

I have work in Indian Machine Tools as Diploma trainee engineer and i have very keen knowledge of things like assembling of nozzle tester at different pressure and final qc of nozzle and injectors. Also work for designing of different types of pump tester

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
