All professional work in the Army has been clearly specified in the Standing Order Procedure. Hence, no problem at all. Smoothly working in the Artillery organization since 1996 an I am fully happy and satisfied in my trade work. I have like it.

Command, control and man handling with comparison to other organization on officer level is not good.

If an individual is capable, he can learn and experience in live equipment without fear, but in his own time.

Dislikes

Many non-eligible people get into army and ruined its valour day by day. Many time fools and incompetent people get promoted due to underlying peoples to seniors.

I had choosen Indian Army as my career option with lot of passion. I enjoyed everything during my basic military training, field engineering training, leadership building training, software development training etc at Bangalore. I like everything in Indian army. My only concern is getting Leaves and promotion is only based on seniority but not on our work.

Its great experience and satisfaction of my life that I was joined the Indian Army as Solider in Dec 1994 the golden period of my life begins in Indian Army as a Solider and achieve all the benefits and rights of life and was retired as Subedar after completion of 30years Service.

Something was dislike in my Experience but not mentioned in this time because not important to write down for any review. So its such like nothing.
