Good work environment and culture company policy are good apprised are fair and thay give good salaries hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given new joiners.therw is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
