Indiamart set up good example of having pleasant work culture at workstation for other organization whose profit margin is more than Indiamart but they haven't favorable climate inside organization for employees.Lke leaves policy,transportation ,evening snacks ,occasionally some activity like dance , drama ,parties and many more.I have good experience with IM.

Dislikes

Technology wise i feel lesser growth but for managerial point of view pool of opportunity.Its good for IT freshers so that new innovative outcome can be showcased.But for experienced lack of growth in terms of money,but not for learning.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
